Somewhere on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge, we explored areas covered in infinite trees and overcast skies. We drove down the freeway and passed by strings of waterfalls on the Washington side falling from steep cliffs plummeting down and feeding into the Columbia River. That was just the start of the day's adventure.
All of these trails and exploration of smaller waterfalls soon led to the main attraction and behemoth of the waterfalls of the Columbia River Gorge- Multnomah Falls. You could feel the mist from the waterfall before you even walked around the corner to see it. This is what we came here for.
